  1. Tell anyone so that you don't build up hate about you self .
  2. Do things positive for others .
  3. Tell  a  teacher to watch the person that is teasing you .
  4. Do things that make you feel loved
  5. Play with you sibling's
  6. Become best friends with you closet's  sister or brother
