         HOW TO STAY FIT 

Well you might be thinking why i am writting about this don't worry . In the last couple of years obesity has been a big worry because most kids don't go outside .Well to day I will be going you some tips. 


  1. Try no to over snack 
  2. Go outside and play with siblings and go on a bike ride 
  3. Eat fruits and salad and wheat 
  4. Get involved in school activies 
  5. Stay on your grades
