Devices  that we have now are not very good for most kids because  they tend to over use them that is why they should be allowed to only use them on weekends and holidays but time when they use them get educational  games that could help there  grades and understand of  problems  that they don't understand .

The reason why i wrote about this i because most kids sit around and get over weight by not exersicing

Well you might be thinking why i am writting about this don't worry . In the last couple of years obesity has been a big worry because most kids don't go outside .Well to day I will be going you some tips. 


  1. Try no to over snack 
  2. Go outside and play with siblings and go on a bike ride 
  3. Eat fruits and salad and wheat 
  4. Get involved in school activies 
  5. Stay on your grades
